I constantly hear horror stories how difficult it is to get a GP appointment with other surgeries. I have been a patient with Little Common Surgery for sixteen years and never have a problem with appointments. I do use the on line service which is extremely useful and easy to use. I would go as far to say we would be reluctant to move house due to us being patients of this surgery. Very reassuring.

Found all staff extremely helpful especially with regards to our prescriptions which we need to access in different locations as we travel a great deal.

I have ALWAY'S found the surgery staff very helpful. The reason I have given 3 stars to one question is that I don't think enough time is allowed (Not the docs fault)

I had to have a procedure at Old Town. I was anxious to start but was put at ease by firstly dr. Gonzalez, the procedure went so much better than the last time with another dr. Then nurse Jenni, she stayed with me as I was a bit wobbly, very careing and supportive, answering my questions and making me feel normal again. Finally the receptionist Sofia, she answered all my other questions and didnt rush me along even though they had just closed. Thank you very much.
